These terms govern your use of trave-hub.com (the "Service"), operated by TraveHub ("we", "us", "our"), based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
What TraveHub is — and is not
TraveHub is an independent comparison and referral service. We display travel options — flights, hotels, car rentals, eSIMs, airport transfers, and tours — gathered from third-party providers and affiliate networks, and we link you to those providers so you can book with them directly.
- We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, or hotel.
- We do not sell travel, take bookings, hold reservations, or process payments.
- Your booking contract is formed with the provider you book through, under their terms and conditions — not with TraveHub.
Prices, availability and accuracy
Prices, availability, schedules, and descriptions come from third parties and can change at any moment. We show them in good faith but cannot guarantee that any figure is current, complete, or available when you click through. The provider's own site is always the authoritative source, and the price you pay is the one shown at their checkout.
Some content on the Service — such as destination guides, price ranges, and travel tips — is general editorial information, not advice tailored to you. Verify time-sensitive details (visa rules, entry requirements, driving permits, opening hours) with an official source before you travel.
How we are paid
When you complete a booking after following certain links on the Service, the provider may pay us a referral commission. This never changes the price you pay. Full detail is in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content or data from the Service.
- Interfere with the Service's operation, security, or availability, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to make fraudulent bookings or enquiries.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with TraveHub, or use our name or branding without permission.
Intellectual property
The TraveHub name, logo, site design, and original written content are our property or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without permission. Provider names, airline logos, and partner trademarks shown on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only — their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership beyond any affiliate relationship disclosed.
Third-party sites
The Service links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, privacy handling, availability, or the goods and services they sell. Following an outbound link is at your own discretion, and the destination site's terms then apply.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it — including individual pages, partners, or features — at any time and without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraveHub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: your use of or inability to use the Service; reliance on any price, availability, or editorial information shown; or any act, omission, cancellation, or dispute involving a travel provider you booked with. Any claim relating to a booking should be raised with the provider that holds it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data, cookies, and analytics is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
