TraveHub ("we", "us", "our"), based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operates the website trave-hub.com (the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Search information you enter — destinations, dates, traveler counts — used only to show relevant options.
  • Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, approximate location, device and browser type — collected through standard analytics.
  • Cookies — small files that remember your preferences (such as language and currency), support usage statistics, and are used by Travelpayouts' affiliate tools. Each one we have found is listed under “Cookies and your choices” below.
  • Contact details — only if you choose to email us, message us on WhatsApp, or sign up for updates. Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta), and we see your phone number when you message us.

How we use information

  • To display and compare flight and accommodation options.
  • To improve the Service and understand what travelers find useful.
  • To attribute referred bookings to TraveHub so we can earn affiliate commission (see our Affiliate Disclosure).
  • To respond to your messages.

Booking and payments

TraveHub is a comparison and referral service. We do not process payments or take bookings ourselves. When you choose an option, you are directed to the travel provider's own website, where their privacy policy and terms apply. We never see or store your payment details.

Who processes your data

These are the third parties that receive or process data when you use the Service:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — measures page views and traffic sources. We run it with Google Consent Mode; where consent is required and not given, it operates without storing cookies.
  • Travelpayouts — the affiliate network behind our flight, hotel, eSIM, transfer, and tour links. It credits bookings made through our links to TraveHub and collects its own usage statistics (such as page views). It also provides the flight search and price calendar on our homepage (from our partner Aviasales), and the affiliate tools we load on every page. For visitors in the EU, UK, and EFTA, the affiliate tools load only after they accept in the cookie banner, and the flight search and price calendar only after that or after they press “Load flight search” or “Load hotel map” (either button allows both). Its scripts set the Travelpayouts cookies and storage listed under “Cookies and your choices”.
  • Stay22 (Montreal, Canada) — provides the hotel map on our hotel search page, our hotel pages and our city guides. It loads in a frame from stay22.com, where Stay22's own privacy policy applies, shows live prices from booking sites and credits bookings made through it to TraveHub. For visitors in the EU, UK, and EFTA, the map loads only after they accept in the cookie banner or press “Load hotel map” or “Load flight search” (either button allows both). Cookies it sets are set inside its frame, on Stay22's domain.
  • Travel providers and booking partners — Aviasales, Hotellook (hotel bookings complete on Booking.com), Kiwi.com, Airalo, GetTransfer, KKday, and AirHelp, and the booking sites shown on the Stay22 hotel map. Once you click through, you are on their site and their privacy policy governs.
  • Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) — some pages, and the flight search widget our partner provides, load a stylesheet from fonts.googleapis.com. Your browser contacts Google to fetch it, which reveals your IP address and browser to Google. No cookie is set and we send nothing else.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts and delivers the site, and processes request data (including IP address and country) for security, routing, and to decide which cookie notice to show you.
  • Supabase (Supabase Pte. Ltd.) — stores our log of clicks on outbound partner links: which link was clicked and when, a hashed form of your IP address (never the address itself), your browser's user agent, the page you came from, and a few technical request headers that tell real clicks apart from browser preloads. We use it to count clicks and to match commissions to the clicks that earned them. It also holds the commission records Travelpayouts reports to us (booking value, status and date), each linked to its click where the partner link carried our random click ID.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and your choices

We use four kinds of cookies and similar storage:

  • Necessary — your country, your answer to our cookie notice and, in the EU, UK, and EFTA, whether you chose “Load flight search” or “Load hotel map”, so we show you the right notice and remember your choices.
  • Functional — your language and currency choices, your recent search and the city guide you last opened, which TraveHub stores in your browser so the site behaves consistently as you move between pages; TraveHub does not use these for tracking. The Travelpayouts flight search on our homepage also keeps data in your browser for its own use, such as its currency, its language and your recent searches in it.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics, to understand which pages and routes travelers find useful, and Travelpayouts' own usage statistics.
  • Affiliate — set by Travelpayouts' affiliate tools: one Travelpayouts script, Travelpayouts Drive, that we load on every page, separate from the flight search and price calendar. For visitors in the EU, UK, and EFTA, this script loads only after the visitor accepts in the cookie banner; “Load flight search” doesn't load it. What these cookies do is not known to us (see the table). Separately, our links to partner sites identify us to Travelpayouts, either with our partner ID in the link itself or through a Travelpayouts short link; that is how a booking you complete there is credited to us. The Stay22 hotel map on our hotel search page, hotel pages and city guides carries our Stay22 partner ID in the same way, and may set Stay22's own cookies inside its frame.

Each one we have found is listed below by name. Local storage and session storage are browser storage that works like a cookie; session storage is cleared when you close the tab. Lifetimes are as Chrome showed them in October 2026: Chrome keeps no cookie longer than 400 days, and other browsers may keep some for less.

Visitors in the EU, UK, and EFTA see a consent banner on their first visit. Until they accept it, Google Analytics runs without cookies and Travelpayouts' affiliate tools don't load. On our homepage, the flight search and price calendar, provided by our partner Aviasales through Travelpayouts, are replaced by a “Load flight search” button, and on our hotel search page, hotel pages and city guides the Stay22 hotel map by a “Load hotel map” button: they load only after Accept in the banner or a press of one of those buttons. Until the visitor does one of these, none of the Travelpayouts cookies and storage in the table above are set, and the Stay22 frame isn't loaded. The buttons allow only the flight search, price calendar and hotel map, which then set the Travelpayouts cookies and storage in the table above except those marked Affiliate, and whatever Stay22 sets inside its frame. It doesn't turn on Google Analytics cookies or the affiliate tools, and the banner stays until the visitor chooses. We remember that choice in your browser (th_widgets), so the flight search and hotel map also load on later visits. Rejecting, in the banner or later with the button below, withdraws that choice too: after a Reject, the flight search, price calendar and hotel map stay unloaded (a loaded map is taken off the page) unless you press a button again. Elsewhere the banner is informational and everything loads on arrival. If you are in the EU, UK, or EFTA, you can change your decision at any time with the button below. If you withdraw your consent, Google Analytics stops using cookies right away, and Travelpayouts' affiliate tools, flight search and price calendar, and the Stay22 hotel map, no longer load from the next page you open; cookies already set stay until they expire or you clear them in your browser.

  • You can also disable or clear cookies in your browser settings (some features may stop working).
  • You can ask us what data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by emailing us.

Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
